Build
85/15
Split- 85/15 split
- $150 broker fee per closing
- $16k cap, resets on your anniversary date
Empire
100%
Commission- $599/month

Personal deals
Up to 3 personal deals a year with no split, just a $550 flat fee per deal. They must be logged in DotLoop. Family deals don’t count as personal deals.
Leases & referrals
Leases and referrals pay the $150 broker fee.
Mentorship
A program that pairs brand-new agents with a mentor to guide them through their first 5 transactions. Those first 5 mentored deals count toward the Build plan’s $16k cap, which resets on your anniversary date. After the first 5 transactions, choose a standard commission plan.

- 10% of the broker’s share goes to your mentor
Recruiting reward
Earn a $250 sign-on referral bonus, paid at your recruit’s first closing, plus 10% of the company dollar (the brokerage’s share) from that agent. The recruiting reward, including the bonus and any ongoing share, ends at 12 months or when your recruit reaches the $16k cap, whichever comes first.
