Fix-and-flips and renovations
Buying homes that need work, renovating them, and reselling.
Real estate is a relationship business, and so is private lending. If you’re interested in putting capital to work in Tulsa and OKC real estate with a hands-on local investor and broker, let’s get to know each other.

Katelyn actively buys and improves property in the Tulsa and OKC metros. In general terms, her projects include novations, subject-to and seller-finance purchases, cash buys, fix-and-flips, and rentals:
Buying homes that need work, renovating them, and reselling.
Acquiring and improving homes to keep as long-term rentals.
Creative purchases that solve problems for homeowners.
Purchasing homes as-is, for cash, from sellers who want a simple sale.
Private lenders provide capital for a specific deal. Each opportunity is different, and the terms for any deal are set out only in formal loan or offering documents.
Your capital funds the purchase or renovation of a specific property. Lenders typically earn a percentage fee (points) at funding, plus interest at an annualized percentage rate paid monthly, with a balloon payment of the principal at the end of the loan. Terms are negotiated case by case, depending on the lender and the deal.
Each investment is collateralized by the specific property being renovated plus Katelyn’s real estate portfolio. Details are documented in the formal loan or offering documents for each deal.
Katelyn renovated this Tulsa home and sold it using seller financing.
